Strategic Partner
I partner with product, engineering, and business leads to uncover opportunities, shape design approaches, and drive measurable impact. I help teams make clear, confident decisions from experiments to roadmaps.
Team Builder
I create environments where designers do their best work by grounding the team in clarity, trust, and shared momentum. I focus on what keeps teams aligned, motivated, and proud of what they ship.
AI Futurist
I use generative AI to understand problems, explore faster, and push creative boundaries. As a co-creator in both design and music, I aim to inspire others to see its potential through practice and advocacy.

🔥 7x Team Growth
I joined Grammarly as the first designer on the growth team and stepped into a leadership role as we scaled. I built and led a team of product and content designers, and together we contributed to tens of millions in revenue by designing experiences that drove acquisition, onboarding, and monetization.
Â
I partnered closely with product, engineering, and research to influence roadmaps, embed research into decision-making, and accelerate experimentation without sacrificing user trust. I introduced growth rituals that brought clarity to strategy and helped teams move faster—from async hypothesis workshops to weekly critiques focused on storytelling craft.
Â
Beyond product impact, I helped shape the culture of growth. I created spaces like Grammarly’s annual Growth Social and speaker series to foster connection and learning across the org. I also served as the North America Pride ERG facilitator, working to build visibility and inclusion across teams.
Â
This chapter sharpened my approach to leading product design. It deepened my approach to leadership: focused, fast, and user-driven.
Optimizely
Shaping How Engineers Experiment at Scale
🚀 0→1 PRODUCT
👨‍💻 DEV-FIRST PLATFORM
I joined Optimizely to help launch Full Stack, a platform that brought feature flags and server-side experimentation to engineering teams. As the first designer on the product, I partnered directly with PMs and engineers to define its early experience—translating complex technical workflows into intuitive design that developers could adopt with confidence.
Â
As the product scaled, I led design for Program Management, helping enterprise teams align experimentation across departments. I introduced tools that made it easier to track what was being tested, by whom, and why—turning experimentation from a siloed effort into a shared language across the org.
Â
Later, I joined the growth team to lead self-serve onboarding for developers, a critical lever for activation. I redesigned the integration flow to reduce friction and highlight value earlier, increasing the number of teams who reached meaningful experimentation faster.
Â
What I valued most was learning how experiments evolve into experimentation culture. I interviewed customers—from media giants to national retailers—who were running hundreds of tests in parallel, and saw firsthand how design choices could accelerate or hinder that scale. Optimizely deepened my belief that thoughtful design isn’t just about usability—it’s a catalyst for how organizations move, learn, and grow.
Curiosity in Practice
I stay curious through side projects that fuel both my systems thinking and creative drive.
Outside of product design, I explore AI-powered workflows, speak on design and growth, and release techno under my own alias.
Â
These projects keep me hands-on—not just to build, but to learn, remix ideas, and stretch what’s possible.
