I joined as the first designer on Grammarly’s Growth team and later stepped into a leadership role. I built and led a team of six product and content designers, helping drive tens of millions in incremental revenue through acquisition, onboarding, and monetization improvements.

I partnered closely with product, engineering, and research to shape roadmaps, embed insights, and accelerate experimentation. I introduced growth rituals like async hypothesis workshops and led weekly crits to raise craft and velocity.

Beyond product, I helped shape a culture of growth—launching initiatives like Grammarly’s Annual Growth Social, hosting guest speakers, and facilitating the Pride ERG. This chapter sharpened how I lead: fast, focused, people-driven, and grounded in compounding outcomes.

At Optimizely, I helped launch Full Stack, a new platform for feature flags and experimentation. As the first designer on the product, I worked closely with PMs and engineers to define the early experience, making technical workflows more intuitive for product teams.

As the product matured, I led design for Program Management to help enterprise teams coordinate testing. Later, on the growth team, I redesigned the self-serve onboarding flow to reduce friction and improve activation.

The role showed me how large companies run experimentation at scale, from tracking ROI to maintaining winning variants and managing tests programmatically across journeys and teams.
